Testing Asparagopsis for temperature changes

A new challenging ASPAZOR task just started! In order to assess the effect of climate change on the genus Asparagopsis spp, several individuals of Asparagopsis taxiformis, A. armata and Falkenbergia sp have been cultured into chambers under different temperatures. PAM measurements, net primary production and growing rates will be measured and determined in order to address the physiological effect of temperature on such algae.
